Open House in January!!

Learn to Clog -- Join us in 2008 during January classes – FREE!!

Power Tap! Percussive Dance! New names for the popular art form known as clog dancing. Fire on the Mountain Cloggers will hold an open house Tuesdays on January 15, 22, 29, 2008. Join us from 7:00 to 8:00 PM where we’ll teach beginner clogging students at no cost for these lessons during the month of January!

Classes are held each Tuesday at 7:00 PM at the Harmony Hills Cabana Club, 339 Fantasia, in north central San Antonio. Directions: Find Loop 410 and Blanco Road intersection. Go north on Blanco (head outside 410). Go 1.7 miles and turn right on Patricia. Turn left on Reverie Lane and left on Fantasia. Clubhouse will be on your right.

People with two left feet are welcome and no partner is necessary. Beginner and intermediate classes are offered. Linda Carolan, Certified Clogging Instructor, has taught dance workshops nationally and internationally.

The cost is $4 per lesson OR one month for $15 OR three months for $40. There will also be opportunities to demonstrate your clogging prowess by participating in some fun shows coming up later.

Clog dancing is a lot of fun. No previous experience is necessary. You don't have to invest in shoes or taps to try it!

Come see if you like clogging! Try our "Beginner Lessons" for aspiring dancers. Can you count to 3? Then you will have no problem with these easy and fun routines. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will slide.
